• Knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
  • Development (understanding of what a "selling" website looks like, ability to provide constructive feedback to a website, understanding of website logic and placement of elements);
  • Analytics (ability to build a financial model, ability to analyze statistics and make forecasts, understanding of business processes);
  • Management (experience of Project Manager, ability to work in a team, leadership qualities);
  • Soft skills: proactivity, communicability, ability to accept criticism, multitasking, constructiveness, ability to express thoughts clearly, punctuality in task execution, conscientiousness, honesty, diligence.

Main tasks:

1. Control of efficiency and implementation of KPIs of department subdivisions;
2. Strategic, analytical and operational tasks:
   • Management and coordination of employees involved in the project (holding meetings, coordinating the development plan of the project and necessary actions from each department for a certain period);
   • Development of new directions (hypothesis formulation and research on potential effectiveness and efficiency of launching new development directions);
   • Analysis of the migration services market, trends and changes in the market, monitoring news and trends on competitors' websites and pages;
3. Work with the Development Department: setting tasks and/or controlling their implementation (reviewing content and design, providing edits; participating in monthly reports and plans of the Development Department; monitoring websites and providing suggestions for improving them);
4. Development of the company's internal brand within departments, maintaining the loyalty and motivation of specialists, increasing the involvement of department employees.
