HR manager

Important skills to qualify:

  • Successful experience as an HR Manager for at least 2 years;
  • Proficiency in various candidate evaluation techniques and methods, experience in applying complex cases;
  • Ability to conduct One-to-One, Exit interviews, and create reports on the results;
  • Conflict management case studies;
  • Competencies to support corporate culture development and design new motivational programs;
  • Experience in organizing events and business conferences;
  • Active life position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find a common language with different people;
  • Organizational skills, ability to plan own work and set priorities in advance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support and development of corporate culture and internal communication;
  • Productive interaction with the recruitment department on candidate selection and onboarding issues;
  • Adaptation of new employees, quality onboarding and offboarding;
  • Conducting One-to-One meetings, developing motivational programs;
  • Employee evaluation (performance review) and performance review;
  • Organization of events for teams.
