Business analyst

Required skills:

• Experience working with CRM systems;
• Experience writing technical documentation (SRS), gathering and documenting requirements, working with development/integration teams for CRM systems;
• Knowledge of BPMN;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, One Drive), Atlassian (Jira);
• Ability to work with BA-tools like Wrike, Version One;
• Interface prototyping;
• Understanding of general principles of requirements gathering and analysis (C/D requirements), problem-solving methods, idea generation, and information management;
• Knowledge of BABOK is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the existing product and write technical and functional documentation for it;
• Communicate with stakeholders: gather additional requirements, collect feedback on product performance, document and convey information to the development department;
• Work with the development team on the product, participate in release and update planning and coordination, write SRS.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience writing documentation and requirements for REST APIs, experience in query building and understanding of SQL/noSQL DB data/index types.
