Digital recruiter

Important: the position requires work only in the company's office!

Your background:

  • 1-1.5 years of experience as a recruiter;
  • Successful experience in closing IT/Digital vacancies;
  • Knowledge of HR interview techniques;
  • Ability to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to managers;
  • Experience in direct search methods;
  • Knowledge of modern non-standard recruitment tools and the ability to apply them in current work;
  • Readiness to provide results quickly and meet deadlines.

What will you be doing:

  • working with department managers (receiving requests for recruitment and further communication);
  • developing a hiring strategy (preparing, writing, or optimizing job postings, creating a search profile);
  • using non-standard tools (social media, specialized Telegram channels, recommendations, launching advertising campaigns);
  • forming an internal talent pool;
  • communicating and providing feedback to potential company employees on a daily basis;
  • organizing internal processing (supporting candidates from interview to first day of work);
  • meeting monthly KPI targets.
