We are looking for someone who:
- Sets goals and confidently works towards them;
- Is willing to dedicate time to learning to become an expert in their field;
- Has at least 1 year of experience in phone sales;
- Has successfully negotiated and closed large deals;
- Is knowledgeable about the stages of the sales process and knows how to apply them;
- Is able to work without strict scripts – we will teach you the basics, but you will have the freedom to choose your own negotiation strategy.
Knowledge of English at a B2-C1 level is an advantage.
The main goals of this position:
- Effective handling of incoming customer inquiries, managing the entire negotiation cycle;
- Presenting and promoting the company's services;
- Achieving KPIs;
- Maintaining a customer database and tracking status updates in a CRM system.
