Targetologist

Our expectations from you:

• 6+ months of experience in setting up targeted advertising;
• Ability to independently create and launch turnkey advertising campaigns;
• Launching lead generation ads, rather than just awareness and engagement campaigns;
• Working with custom and Look-a-Like audiences, as well as retargeting;
• Experience in real estate, legal services, or premium automotive segments is an advantage;
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns based on key metrics;
• Ability to fill out reports and create reports independently;
• Ability to work with graphic editors above a basic level;
• Ability to analyze, identify, and segment the target audience;
• Ability to install Facebook Pixel and set up individual conversions.

Your tasks:

• Setting up targeted advertising on social networks: Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter;
• Analyzing and optimizing advertising campaigns;
• Scaling successful campaigns;
• Creating ad announcements (creative + text);
• Reporting;
• Reporting; • Achieving set KPIs.

Working conditions:
